1000X high voltage single ended probe for ground-referenced voltage testing. It is critical to safely and accurately capture real-time signal information from 'elevated' or 'floating' voltage systems. Typically used at power supply design, design motor drive, electronic ballast, power semiconductors, switch mode control, UPS systems and power converters.
- Comes with option 1R - 3-meter length with readout
- Front panel save and recall buttons
- High voltage - 20KV DC / 40KV peak (100ms pulse width)
