0563 8284 is a 826-T4 infrared thermometer with penetration probe, 1 point laser sighting, alarm function. During food controls in Incoming Goods, you regularly check the temperature of your goods. The Testo 826-T4 infrared penetration thermometer allows quick temperature scans by means of infrared measurement without damaging the products. If temperature limit values are exceeded, the permanently attached penetration probe can be used to take accurate core temperature measurements (e.g. in yoghurts). It always monitor, measure and document temperature accurately, cleanly and quickly, fulfil HACCP regulations and be able to provide proof at any time and maintain the cold chain in storage and transport. It also reduces the quantities of spoiled goods and use resources efficiently, measuring instruments calibrated according to strict regulation and conform to HACCP as well as EN 13485.
