TCTH022BE,LF(CT is a TCTH0xxxE series Thermoflagger™ (over temperature detection IC) open-drain type CMOS linear process IC outputs abnormal-state signal on detecting over temperature as the resistor value changing of external PTC thermistor. Selectable auto retry type if PTC thermistor temperature goes down back to lower than threshold, or Latch the abnormal signal type. Application includes notebook PC, mobile equipment, home appliance, industry equipment etc. for over temperature detection.
- FLAG signal latch function, FLAG signal output (PTCGOOD)
- Supply voltage range from 1.7 to 5.5V, PTCGOOD output voltage is 0 to 5.5V
- RESET voltage range from 0 to VDD, typical PTCO output current is 10μA
- Detect voltage is 0.50V (typ, Tj = 25°C, VDD = 3.3V)
- Open-drain output type
- Response time is 17μs (typ, Tj = 25°C, VDD = 3.3, PTCO terminal voltage is 1V to 10mV)
- Current consumption is 11.3μA (typ, Tj = 25°C, VDD = 3.3V)
- Operation MASK time is 20μs (typ, Tj = 25°C, VDD = 3.3V)
- Pull-down current at RESET pin is 0.04μA (typ, Tj = 25°C, VDD = 3.3V)
- ESV (SOT-553) package, operation temperature range from -40 to 125°C
