TDN 1-1210WISM

The TDN 1-1210WISM from Tracopower is a TDN 1WISM series, 1W DC/DC converter. This fully regulated, high performance DC/DC converter comes in a compact cubical package of only 1.23cm³. Full load operation is reliable up to 90°C environment temperature. With 1600VDC I/O isolation voltage, external on/off and short current protection, it covers a wide range of application when space is limited. The input of converters is designed for a wide voltage range (4:1) and minimum load is not required. It features conducted noise (EN 55022 class A or B with external components), ESD (EN 61000-4-2, air ±8KV, contact ±6KV, pref A), radiated immunity (EN 61000-4-3, 10 V/m, pref A), fast transient / surge (with external input capacitor) (EN 61000-4-4, ±2KV, pref A and EN 61000-4-5, ±1KV pref A), conducted immunity (EN 61000-4-6, 10VRMS, pref A) and magnetic field immunity (EN 61000-4-8, 100A/m continuous, pref A, 1000 A/m 1sec, perf criteria A).

• Input voltage range from 4.5VDC to 18VDC (12VDC nominal)
• 3.3VDC output voltage, 300mA maximum output current, 77% typical efficiency
• Input current no load is 20mA typical, maximum surge voltage (1 sec maximum) is 25V
• Reflected ripple current is 15mAp-p typical, ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 30mVp-p typical
• Compact SMD package (13.2 x 9.1 x 10.2mm), continuous, automatic recovery short circuit protection
• Switching frequency is 100KHz minimum (pulse frequency modulation)
• Voltage set accuracy is ±1% maximum, temperature coefficient is ±0.02%/K typical, remote on/off
• 50pF maximum isolation capacitance, <gt/>1Gohm isolation resistance (at 500VDC)
• Non conducting plastic casing material, silicone (UL 94V-0 rated) potting material
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C without derating, package weight is 2.7g
