The MH series from Welwyn are high voltage metal film resistor with robust cement coating. It is made of solder-coated copper wire. The body protection and marking are resistant to all normal industrial cleaning fluids suitable for printed boards. Thin film material is sputtered on to high grade ceramic rods. Nickel-plated steel caps are force fitted and the termination wires are welded to the caps. The value is obtained by a helical cut in the film and finally the resistor body is protected by a cement protection applied so that the terminations remain completely clear.

• Resistance range from 100Kohm to 3Mohm
• Limiting element voltage is 1.6KV (MH25), 3.5KV (MH37), power rating is 0.25W (MH25), 0.5W (MH37)
• Isolation voltage is 700V, TCR is 100ppm/°C
• MH37 meets requirements of BSEN 60065 in value range 680Kohm to 3Mohm
• Available in 1, 2, 5% resistance tolerance (E24 and E96 preferred)
• Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
