The BFC233660222 is a radial plotted Interference Suppression Film Capacitor with polypropylene film dielectric and metallised film electrodes. The MKP336 6 Y2 series film capacitor has tinned wire leads and series construction. It assists energy conversion while providing low losses, high efficiency and long life. Y2 capacitor ensures safety on pulse up to 5kV in line bypass applications. It is build up by two electrodes (the capacitor plates) with plastic dielectric material in between. The type of electrode used determines whether the capacitor is a metalized film type. In metalized types, the very thin electrode is evaporated on the plastic dielectric material. The thin metalized electrodes have a thickness of approximately 10 to 50nm. The electrodes of film capacitor have discrete metal foils with thicknesses of approximately 5 to 10μm. Finally the capacitor cells can be protected for severe environmental conditions or to withstand passive flammability.
