MB6S-E3/80 is a miniature glass passivated fast recovery, surface-mount bridge rectifier. The applications include general-purpose use in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for power supply, lighting ballast, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.

• Peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load is 35A (TA = 25°C)
