PTS0603M1B100RP100 is a PTS series AT temperature-dependent platinum thin film, SMD flat chip resistor (RTD). It is the perfect choice for temperature control of electronics operating under varying environmental conditions. The highly controlled platinum thin film manufacturing process guarantees an outstanding stability of temperature characteristics which ensures reliable operation even under harsh conditions. Typical applications include automotive electronics, aviation electronics, and industrial electronics.
- Standardized characteristics according to IEC 60751, IEC 60068
- Short reaction times down to t0.9 ≤ 2s (in air)
- Outstanding stability of temperature characteristic
- Superior temperature cycling robustness
- Class F0.3 tolerance class, AEC-Q200 qualified
- 100 ohm resistance value
- Temperature range from -55°C to +175°C
- Temperature coefficient is +3850ppm/K (0°C to +100°C, IEC60751)
- Measurement current is 0.1mA to 0.50mA (Imeas. (DC))
- Insulation resistance is greater than 10Mohm
