The RTOP series from Vishay are thick film power resistors for mounting onto a heatsink. This series of thick film power resistors include modules which can incorporate up to 2 different resistor values in the same SOT-227B package. Two types of terminations are available along with a 4 terminal device for measurement applications in the case of the single resistor version.

• Resistance range from 0.046ohm to 1Mohm
• High power rating up to 200W
• Available in ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and ±10% tolerance values
• Temperature coefficient is ±300ppm/°C (R <lt/> 1), ±150ppm/°C (R <gt/> 1)
• Insulation resistance is greater than 10^6Mohm
• Cermet resistive element and alumina on insulated base substrate
• Temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
• Non inductive, easy mounting
