SD103A-TR

The SD103A-TR is a Small Signal Schottky Diode features low forward voltage drop and fast switching make it ideal for protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing and coupling diodes for fast switching and low logic level applications. This metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier device is protected by a PN junction guard ring. It is used for general purpose applications. It can also be used in click suppression, efficient full wave bridges in telephone subsets, blocking diodes in rechargeable low voltage battery systems, HF-detector, protection circuit, small battery charger and AC-DC/DC-DC converters.
