TLMY1000-GS15 low current 0603 LED has been designed in the smallest SMD package. This innovative 0603 LED technology opens the way to smaller products of higher performance, more design in flexibility and enhanced applications. The 0603 LED is an obvious solution for small-scale, high power products that are expected to work reliability in an arduous environment. Applications include backlight keypads, navigation systems, cellular phone displays, displays for industrial control systems, automotive, miniaturized colour effects and traffic displays.
- Smallest SMD package 0603 with exceptional brightness (1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.6mm (L x W x H))
- High reliability lead frame based
- Temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, footprint compatible to 0603 chip LED
- Viewing angle is extremely wide 160°, AllnGaP technology
- AEC-Q101 qualified
- Yellow colour LED, 7.5mcd luminous intensity at IF=2mA
- 588nm typical wavelength at IF=2mA
- 2.6V maximum forward voltage at IF=2mA
