VS-QA250FA20 is an insulated Gen 2 schottky rectifier module. It integrates two state of the art Trench MOS schottky technology rectifiers in the compact industry standard SOT-227 package. This is thus intended for high frequency converter and switching power supply.

• Maximum average forward current per module is 250A (TC = 106°C)
• Cathode to anode breakdown voltage is 200V min (IR = 2mA, TJ = 25°C)
• Forward voltage is 1V typ (IF=200A, TJ=25°C), junction capacitance is 380pF typ (VR=200V, TJ=25°C)
• Two separate diodes, parallel pin-out circuit configuration
• Reverse recovery time is 54ns typ (TJ = 25°C, IF = 50A)
• Two fully independent diodes, fully insulated package, designed and qualified for industrial level
• Trench MOS barrier schottky technology, ultra low forward voltage drop
• Optimized for power conversion: welding and industrial SMPS applications
