ADP3650JRZ is a dual, high-voltage MOSFET driver optimized for driving two N-channel MOSFETs, the two switches in a non-isolated synchronous buck power converter. Each driver is capable of driving a 3000pF load with a 45ns propagation delay and a 25ns transition time. One of the drivers can be bootstrapped and is designed to handle the high-voltage slew rate associated with floating high-side gate drivers. The ADP3650 includes overlapping drive protection to prevent shoot-through current in the external MOSFETs. The active-low OD pin shuts off both the high-side and the low-side MOSFETs to prevent rapid output capacitor discharge during system shutdown. Applications include telecom and datacom networking, industrial and medical systems, point of load conversion: memory, DSP, FPGA, ASIC.

- Supply current is 2mA typical at (BST = 12V, IN = 0V, VCC = 12V, BST = 4V to 26V)
- Propagation delay times (high side driver) is 45ns typical at (BST − SW = 12V, CLOAD = 3nF)
- SW pull-down resistance (high side driver) is 10Kohm typ at (SW to PGND, VCC = 12V, BST = 4V to 26V)
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- 8-lead SOIC-N package
