MAX3222CUP+

MAX3222CUP+ is a low-power, true RS-232 transceiver. It has a proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage enabling true RS-232 performance from a 3.0V to 5.5V supply with a dual charge pump. The device requires only four small 0.1µF external charge-pump capacitors. It has 2 receivers and 2 drivers. Applications include battery-powered equipment, hand-held equipment, peripherals, and datacom equipment.
